硬腭黏骨膜瓣在修复口腔癌术后缺损中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨硬腭瓣修复口腔软组织术后缺损的临床疗效及应用价值。方法:对47例口腔癌患者术后软组织缺损,选择以腭大神经血管束为蒂的半腭瓣及单侧腭大神经血管束为蒂的全腭瓣转位修复,并分析其优缺点。结果:临床应用47例,25例半腭瓣及19例全腭瓣完全成活,2例全腭瓣基本成活,外形与功能满意。结论:硬腭瓣切取方便,血供可靠,不影响外形与功能,是修复口腔软组织缺损可供选择且较为理想的整复方法之一。PURPOSE: To evaluate the clinical effects and practical value of hard palatal flaps in repairing the postoperative defects of oral soft tissues. METHODS: 25 half-palatal flaps and 22 whole-palatal flaps with vascular pedicles of the palatal nerve vessels were harvested to repair the postoperative defects of oral soft tissues in 47 patients with oral cancers, the merits and shortcomings were analyzed. RERULTS: Among 47 patients, 25 half-palatal flaps and 19 whole-palatal flaps survived completely, 2 whole-palatal flaps partially survived. CONCLUSION: Hard palatal flap is easy to harvest and use, the blood supply is reliable and the appearance and function are not affected. Hence, it is one of the most desirable method for repairing the defects of oral soft tissues.
