摘　　要：４６例胆管癌，均经手术及病理证实。文中重点阐述胆管癌的超声（ＵＳ）、ＣＴ扫描（ＣＴ）、逆行胰胆管造影（ＥＲＣＰ）、经皮经肝胆管造影（ＰＴＣ）的影像学特征，并将检查结果做对比分析，试图评价四种影像学对胆管癌的诊断价值。There were 46 cases of biliary duct’s cancer reported in the article and all of the cases were certified through operation and pathology. The characteristic image manifestation of US,CT, FRCP and PTC in biliary duct’s cancer was explained. The examing results were comparatively analysed and the diagnostic value of the four image modalities in biliary duct’s cancer was evaluated.
