星形细胞瘤CT表现与病理分级及DNA含量的关系

摘　　要：笔者应用ＣＴ、流式细胞术及常规病理的方法，对４８例星形细胞瘤ＣＴ征象、病理分级及ＤＮＡ含量之间的关系进行了分析。结果显示：星形细胞瘤的病理分级与ＤＮＡ指数有关，肿瘤大小、密度及占位程度与瘤增殖指数有关；并且总结了非整倍体肿瘤的典型ＣＴ征象。Correlative study of CT,pathologic grading and cellular nuclear DNA content was made in 48 cases of astrocytomas by means of CT, flow cytometry and conventional pathology.The results showed that tumor pathologic grading was related to nuclear DNA index.The size,density and mass effect of the tumor were also related to cellular proliferative index.The typical CT findings of the aneuploid tumor were also studied
