摘 要:目的探讨状态相关脑波复杂度 (CS)分析方法在脑负荷评价中的应用。方法记录 47名 2 3~ 33岁正常人闭眼安静及心算状态EEG ,分析其CS 特征及心算相关变化。结果CS 分布左右对称、颞高枕低 ,心算负荷导致CS 出现显著、稳定的脑区性改变 :A类 ,38名被试 ( 81 % ) ,心算时前额以外脑区CS 显著上升 ,且以左后颞、左枕顶及右后颞最显著 ;B类 ,9名被试 ( 1 9% ) ,安静时枕顶及后颞CS 明显高于A类 ,心算引起CS 下降 ,以右中颞和右中央最显著 ,其次为左额中央及前颞等脑区。此外 ,CS 的变化与心算作业成绩及心算负荷主观评价间可能存在一定联系。结论CS 与心算活动有较强的相关性 ,可以较好地反映大脑机能状态 ,为脑力负荷客观评价及大脑高级认知活动规律的研究提供了新的方法和途径。Objective The Application of CS to mental workload evaluation was investigated .Method EEG of 47 male (aged 2 3~ 33)werer ecorded duringres to rdoing mentalarith metic ,and changes of CS withrela tiontomentalarithmeticloadwereanalyzed and compared by means of CS analysis method .Result CS dis tributi on was later allysymmetry ,higher in temporal and lower in occiput.The changes of CS over some brain are aswereout standing and stable whiledoing mentalari thmetic :type A ,38 subjects( 81 % ) ,CSun dermentalari thmeticweresignificantlyhigher thanC Sunderrest exceptoverpre frontal,and themostout standingar easwerepost temporal and leftparieto occipitalregions ;type B ,9subjects( 1 9% ) ,CSover post temporalandparieto occipita lunderrestishigherthantype A ,and CS undermental arithmeticde scendsigni ficantly (themostoutst and ingareaswer erightcentral andmid temporal,then leftfrontal cen tralandpre temproal) .Moreover thereweresomeposs iblerelation shipamong CS,mentalari thmeticscore and subjectiveevaluation of mental work load .Conclusion Thereexistshi ghcorrelation between CS and mentalari thmeticactivity ,and CS couldwellre flectbrain functionstate .It provideane wmethodanda possi blewayfor objectiveevaluation of mental work loadandstudies of braincognitiveactivities.
