治风活血法对微循环气滞血瘀模型的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨治风活血法对微循环气滞血瘀模型的影响。方法将40只大鼠随机分为生理盐水对照组(10只)、治风组(10只)、活血组(10只)、治风活血组(10只),分别灌胃给予同名方,解剖显微镜下观察记录正常肠系膜微循环(血色、流速、流态、交织点),滴加0.1%肾上腺素(Ad)0.05mL时,生理盐水洗脱Ad后1min、3min时微循环改变以及恢复时间。结果治风方、活血方、治风活血方均可改善Ad所致的微循环障碍,均可使流速、交织点增加,对流态有一定的改善作用,血色变红,与生理盐水对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05或0.01),且以治风活血方作用最佳,活血方较治风方为佳。结论治风法与活血法有协同作用,通过治风可明显加强活血化瘀作用,表明治风活血法有其科学内涵。Objective It is to discuss the influence of treating wind evil to promote blood circulation (TWEPBC) method on microcirculation qi stagnancy and blood stasis model. Methods 40 rats were randomly divided into normal saline control group, treating wind evil group, promoting blood circulation group and TWEPBC group respectively, there was 10 rats in every group. They were respectively given intragastric administration of different recipes as the group name. Normal mesentery microcirculation (blood color, velocity of blood flow, state of blood flow and cross dot), microcirculation change at 0 1% adrenalin (Ad) 0.05 mL added, 1 min and 3 min after Ad washed with normal saline and recovery time were observed under anatomical microscope. Results Treating wind evil method, promoting blood circulation method and TWEPBC method could all improve microcirculation dysfunction induced by Ad, increase velocity of blood flow and cross dot, improve state of blood flow and turn blood color to red. There were significant difference among above three groups and normal saline control group ( P <0.05 or 0.01). TWEPBC method was the best, while promoting blood circulation method was better than treating wind evil method. Conclusion Treating wind evil method and promoting blood circulation method has synergistic reaction. The action of activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis can be obviously improved through treating wind evil, which means that TWEPBC method has its scientific connotation.
