摘 要:目的建立恶性肝脏肿瘤模型,通过对模型鼠腹腔内注射丹参注射液,观察肝癌瘤体积大小及病理形态学改变和肝癌瘤周临近肝脏组织中VEGF的表达,评价其作用。方法①用Walker256肝癌株种植于肝实质内制成移植性肝癌,以建立SD大鼠移植性肝癌模型。②根据腹腔灌注液药物成分不同将模型鼠分为4组,即生理盐水组(A组),肌苷+VitC组(B组),丹参组(C组)和5Fu组(D组)。③实验中通过对移植癌大小的比较,病理形态学改变及肝癌,癌周肝组织VEGF的表达。④对其结果进行统计学分析。结果丹参组与A、B对照组相比,平均瘤体缩小(P<0.001),与D对照组相比,平均瘤体无显著差异性(P>0.05)。丹参组VEGF在肝癌及癌周肝组织中的表达率分别低于A、B两对照组(P<0.001),和D对照组相比无显著差异性(P>0.05)。结论丹参能通过诱导肝癌细胞分化成熟,抑制肝癌细胞增殖及肝癌、癌周肝组织中VEGF的表达,从而对肿瘤的生长起抑制作用。Objective To make models of malignant tumour of liver cancer,observing the tumour's size,the pathological change and VEGF after giving salvia miltiorrhiza injection in the abdomen of the models(guinea pigs).The efffect is evaluated.Methods ① to transplant the balls of Walker-256 liver cancer in the model's liver.That is to finish the transplanted liver cancer and to make the models of SD guineapig's transplanted liver cancer.② to divide the models into four groups according to the different injections:group A(physiological saline),group B(inosine+Vc),group C(salvia miltiorrhiza) and group D(5-Fu).③ in the experiment,to compare the sizes of the transplanted liver cancer,to examine the change of pathology and VEGF.④ to analyse the result.Results To compare group C with group A or B,the tumour's size decreased(P<0.001).And to compare group C with D,the size of the tumour has no obvious change(P>0.05).VEGF of group C is lower than that of group A or B(P<0.001).There is no obvious change in the compared group D(P>0.05).Conclusion Salvia miltiorrhiza injection can inhibit the growth of the liver cancer's cells and VEGF by breaking up the liver cancer's cells.
