摘　　要：建筑行业的高职教育层次要求将高等教育理念与职业技术教育理念进行有机整合,同时要立足于建筑及相关行业。建筑类高职学院的战略具体可细化为管理体制改革、课程与教学改革、学科专业建设、教师人力资源开发、学生人力资源开发、科研发展、信息化建设、质量保证,基地建设等几个模块。The architectural high vocational college must located accuracily.high education of architectural profession ask high educational notion and vocational education integrate each other. In the meantime, it must stand architectural profession. the develop strategy of architectural high vocational college could be resolved to nine section: the reform of regulatory regime, the reform of course and teaching, the build of profession, the human resource management and of teachers,the human resource management and of students,the development of scientific research, the build of informationlize,ensure of quality, the build of base.
