摘　　要：目的:采用源于种植床的骨及游离结缔组织瓣移植术,恢复唇侧丰满度,达到理想的美学效果。方法:对55例上颌前牙区植入102颗ITI种植体,同期植入种植床收集的骨和结缔组织瓣,种植体植入后最短6周行上部结构修复,观察其唇侧丰满度的变化和美学效果。结果:唇侧丰满度均有很大改善和提高,取得理想的美学效果。结论:源于种植床的骨移植及游离结缔组织瓣移植术效果好,方法简单,值得推广。PURPOSE:To describe a surgical method of using connective tissue graft and bone graft harvested from implantation bed to restore the labial contour. METHODS: 102 ITI system implants were placed in 55 anterior maxilla, with connective tissue graft and bone graft harvested from implantation bed simultaneously. Suprastructure restorations were performed at least 6 weeks later, and the change of the labial contour was evaluated. RESULTS: The labial contour was greatly improved, and the esthetics around the implants were enhanced. CONCLUSIONS: Using free connective tissue and bone graft harvested from implantation bed could achieve an esthetic outcome. It is cost-effective and deserves popularization.
