低浓度SO_2对油松苗生长的影响

摘  要:油松(PinustabulaeformisCarr.)苗暴露在SO2浓度分别为0(CK)、0.1mgm?3(T1)、0.2mgm-3(T2)和0.4mgm?3(T3)的4个人工气候箱内60昼夜.TI、T2组油松生长情况与CK无显著性差异.T3组油松针叶颜色发现异常,针叶中类胡萝卜素含量下降29%,含硫量增加242%,从针叶渗出的钾离子量比CK增加198%,光合速率下降7%,蒸腾速率增加17%,单株干重下降19%,相对生长速率下降3μgmg-1d-1.Chinese pine (Pinus tabulaeformis Carr.) seedlings were exposed to SO2 in 4 phytotrons for 60 days and nights, and the concentrations of SO2 in the phytotrons were 0 (CK), 0.1 mg m 3 (T1), 0.2 mg m 3 (T2) and 0.4 mg m 3 (T3), respectively. No significant difference in Chinese pine growth was found from T1, T2 and CK. In T3 the abnormity of needle colour was observed. Compared with control, the carotenoid content of needle decreased by 29%, sulfur content of needle increased by 242%, amount of potassium ion leaching from needle increased by 198%, photosynthetic rate decreased by 7%, transpiration rate increased by 17%, dry weight decreased by 19% per plant and relative growth rate decreased by 3 μg mg-1 d-1.
