摘　　要：高等学校科技发展对于推动社会进步和人类文明具有非常重要的作用。知识经济时代,经济的实力竞争越来越明显地表现为核心技术的竞争。核心技术来源于大量的原始性创新。高等学校作为科技原始性创新的主力军,其发展策略关系到中国是否能占领新一轮竞争的制高点。分析中国高校发展现状,提出高校科技发展策略的新思路。Development of science and technology in the university plays an important role in promoting progress of society and human civilization.In the times of knowledge and economy,the challenge of economic strength depends on the challenge of technology.However,the core technology comes from creativity.As the important participants of technical creativity,developing strategies of university will directly decide whether to succeed in the new challnge.The article analyses the present development situation in our country,and puts forward new ideas and stratigies of science and technology so as to promote the development of science and technology.
