护生实习初期心理问题的调查及对策

摘　　要：目的了解护生在实习初期的心理卫生状况,帮助其建立良好心理,以适应实习生活。方法采用SCL90症状自评量表,对47名实习初期的中专、大专、本科护生进行调查。结果与国内青年常模比较,人际关系和敌对、偏执差异有显著性(P<0.01,P<0.05),其他因子及总均分无统计学意义。结论人际关系敏感、敌对、偏执是实习初期护生主要的心理症状,教学医院应针对其原因采取积极有效的措施。Objective To investigate the status of psychological heath of student nurses in the initial stage of internship, and help them establish healthy psychological adaptation.Methods 47 student nurses at secondary nursing school, three-year nursing college and four-year nursing college levels were investigated with Symptom Checklist 90.Results There were significant differences in interpersonal relationship,hostility and paranoid tendency, compared with the normal mode group of young people(P<0.01,P<0.05),and there were no significant differences in other factors nor total mean scores.Conclusion The interpersonal sensitivity,hostility and paranoid tendency are the main psychological problems of student nurses in the initial internship stage,and therefore teaching hospitals should pay more attention to their psychological health by adopting positive and active countermeasures.
