胃原发性恶性淋巴瘤的研究——附3例临床、胃双重造影及CT分析

摘　　要：目的 研究胃原发性恶性淋巴瘤的临床、胃双重造影及 CT表现。方法 13例经临床及病理确诊本病，且符合 Dowson等诊断标准。结果 临床以上腹部不适、食欲下降、腹部包块表现为主，胃双重造影常见腔内充盈缺损及溃疡， CT平扫可见胃腔内外软组织肿块、胃壁不规则增厚及胃双重造影表现缺乏特征性， CT不仅能显示胃腔内外病变，增强后有中度均匀性强化。结论本病的临床及胃双重造影表现缺乏特征性， CT不仅能显示胃腔内外病变，且可观察邻近脏器及淋巴结的转移，对诊断帮助较大。Objective Stuty of primary Malignant Lymphoma of stomach— Analysis of Clinic,DC and CT.Methods The feature of clinic,double contrast radiography(DC) and CT of 13 cases in primary malignant lymphoma were studied.13 patients collected in this study were diagnosed by clinic and pathology.All of them accorded with Dowson's diagnosic standard.Results Major of them had unfortable in upper abdomen,loss of appetite,and mass in abdomen.Congeative deficiency and ulcer would be seen in DC,mass inside or outside of soft tissue of stomach cavity,irregular thickning of stomach wall and neighbor focus could be seen in CT,and after enhancement,it would have middle,even enhancement.Conclusion The features of clinic and DC of stomach in this disease are short of speciality.CT could not only show the focus inside and outside of stomach,but also show transfer of neighbor organs and affiliated lymph nodes,so it is important for diagnosis of this disease.
