摘　　要：本文对中国医学文献报告及我院病理诊断的942例克隆氏病,进行综合分析,并与西方国家文献对比。发现中国的克隆氏病男性偏多,发病年龄较早,结肠受累相对少;皮肤损害、关节炎和肝功能异常等肠道外表现较少;除消化道出血发生率较高外,其它合并症病的发生率均较西方国家低。942 cases of Crohn's disease reported in Chinese Medical literature and diagnosed in our hospital were analized and were compared with those reported in Western medical literature. The results showed that in China Crohn's disease attacked more male and more younger people, and involved colon relatively less. Extraintestinal manifestations such as skinlesions. arthritis and abnormal liver function seemed to occur less. The incidence of gastrointestinal bleeding were higher and that of other complications were very lower.
