摘 要:胰腺组织发生自溶后,其生前出血由于红细胞已被溶解,采用传统的H.E.染色法做病理切片检查,往往难于辩认。这是法医病理工作者在处理与胰腺出血有关的死亡案件中,因不能及时进行尸体剖验而遇到的一个实际问题。这个问题目前还没有得到解决,所以本文试图采用红细胞膜免疫荧光技术来显示红细胞的存在,以建立一个不受自溶影响的胰腺出血的诊断方法。In clinical pathology, pancreas hemorrhage can be easily diagnosed under a light microscope with routine paraffin section and H.E.staining. But in forensic pathology,it is not always so convenient, for the autopsis often delayed and autolysis developes rapidly in a lot of tissues,especy ially the pancreas. In that circumstance, the rod blood cells have broken into pieces and the structure of the pancreas tissue has blurred,it is difficult, and sometimes impossible,to diagnose the pancreas hemorrhage with the routine pathology method.In this paper,we applied the anti RBC-membrane as the specific antibody, through the immunofluorescence technique,to demonstrate pancreas hemorrhage.The results are satisfactory even if the pancreas has developed into a great extent of autolysis,Tbe method is convenient and practicable.
