摘　　要：根据非线性开环校正原理,提出一种基于最小二乘方法的带权反拟合非线性校正算法,同时,利用可编程模拟器件对校正装置进行了设计。基于该方法的非线性校正具有准确度高、速度快、易实现的特点,是一种行之有效的校正方法。Based on nonlinear open-cycle correction principle,an algorithm for correcting the sensor’s nonlinear based on minimum square law’s anti-fitting with power is advanced,then the correcting device is designed by using programmable analog devices.Based on nonlinear correction,this correction method has the advantage high-accuracy,high-speed and easily realization,it is very effective.
