摘　　要：本文用淋巴管注射以及光镜和电镜观察方法研究３７例新生儿盲肠壁内淋巴管的微细分布。在盲肠壁各层均有毛细淋巴管网，但淋巴管仅见于粘膜下层、肌层和浆膜层。回肠和阑尾的毛细淋巴管和淋巴管可直接与盲肠的相通。The fine distribution of the intramural lymphatics of the cecum was studied in 37 infant cadavers by injection methoos,and the light and electron microscopy. Lymphatic capillary networks were distributed in all layers of the cecum, but the lymphatics only were found in the submucosa, muscular layer and subserosa. The lymphatic capillary networks and lymphatics of the ileum and the vermiform appendix may directly communicate with those of the cecum.
