城市人居环境建设的人文思考——以重庆市沙坪坝区为例

摘　　要：随着城市化进程的加速,在经济快速发展的条件下,城市人居环境建设已普遍为人们所关注,特别是其人文品质,对人们精神的塑造更有着直接影响。本文以重庆市沙坪坝区为例,分析了当前城市人居环境建设中,在文化意识和管理方面的一些人文品质问题,并阐述了该区人文环境建设应遵循的基本取向。在此基础上,提出了改善城市人居环境人文品质的几点对策,以期为当前大量的建设提供一点借鉴。<Abstrcat>With the rapid development of enconomy and acceleraten of urbanization, the constration of human settlement environment has drawn more attention. The culture quality of urban human settlement environment will influence people's spirits directly.Taking Shapingba district in Chongqing as the case, this paper analyzed the cultural quality problems, such as the consciousness of culture and management on urban human settlement environment at present,and also discussed orientation the basic of cultural environment construction which should be observed in this district. Further,some countermeasures have been put forward to improve cultural quality of urban human settlement environment.
