摘 要:为获得高载荷无低压级导叶对转涡轮气动设计规律,以一个流量5·25kg/s,膨胀比5·69,高低压涡轮转速均为2·5×104r/min的高效超跨声对转涡轮作设计实例,从基元级分析、通流设计和全三维数值模拟三个部分研究了对转涡轮在取消低压级导叶后出现的诸多新特征给气动设计带来的困难及相应采取措施。设计与分析结果表明,在相同气动设计参数条件下对转涡轮比传统涡轮效率高1·77%。对转涡轮设计关键问题是在合理选择主流参数后,解决高压涡轮动叶既作功又整流双重功能。It was mainly to analyze the advantages and new dynamic characteristics of a new contra-rotating turbine (CRT) without vanes of low pressure turbine, and to discuss the cause of leading to the new characteristics which make it more difficult to design high efficiency CRT, then to present the main ways to solve the problems, continuously to design a compact supersonic highly loaded and efficiency Vaneless CRT. The main measures to design CRT were expounded from velocity triangles analysis, throughflow design and 3D numerical simulation. The results indicated that CRT has higher overall efficiency than the conventional turbine for the low pressure turbine with excellent dynamic conditions.
