摘　　要：提出阅读好的图书在心理和生理健康中所起的作用。通过审美阅读调节人的心理与周围的关系从而达到自我救治、自我保健、自我完善。The author puts forward the effects in psychological or physiological health by reading good books. And through aesthetical reading the readers'psychology and around relation will be regulated, thus they would reach oneself treating and cure,self-health care,self-perfection
