摘  要:通过对传统企业员工招聘模式的深入分析和研究,指出了该模式存在的不足,提出了基于协同管理模式的企业员工招聘模式,并在对该模式的原理、要点以及协同过程认真分析的基础上,运用可视化的统一建模语言(UnitedModelingLanguage,UML),从静态功能、动态活动以及系统实现等不同角度给出了该模式的可视化模型,为构建基于协同管理模式的企业员工招聘系统提供蓝图,最终实现企业员工招聘过程的快速化、集成化和有效化。The shortcomings of the traditional mode of recruitment and employment of enterprise new employees are analyzed,and a new mode based on the cooperative management mode is advanced. Based on the introduction of the cooperative management mode,an analysis is made of the cooperative process in recruitment and employment of enterprise new employees. The establishment of the cooperation model is described in detail from such aspects as static function and dynamic activities,and the development of the recruitment and employment system by using United Modeling Language(UML) is discussed. This study is beneficial to the achievement of speediness, integration and effectiveness in recruiting and employing new employees.
