摘　　要：目的探讨胃肠道间质瘤(GISTs)中Grb7的表达及其临床意义。方法对194例GISTs构建组织微阵列(TMA),采用免疫组织化学染色检测胃肠道间质瘤组织中Grb7蛋白表达。结果在TMA中,184例可评估(94.8%)。Grb7蛋白阳性率为67.4%。Grb7蛋白阳性表达率与NIH分级、细胞异型性、细胞类型、细胞密集程度、出血、黏膜受侵、周围组织侵犯、转移复发有关。Grb7蛋白阳性表达者及蛋白阴性表达者的5年生存率分别为54.9%,80.0%,两者比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论Grb7表达与GISTs预后有关,Grb7可作为判断胃肠道间质瘤预后的标志物。Objective To explore the expression of Grb7 in gastrointestinal stromal tumors(GISTs) and its significance.Methods We use tissue microarray(TMA) to detect the expression of Grb7 in 194 cases GISTs tissues by immunohistochemistry.Results In the TMA blocks,the Grb7 expression was assessed in 184(94.8%) cases of tumor specimens.The expression rate was 67.4%(124/184).The Grb7 expression was related to the NIH grade,cytologic atypia,high cellularity,mucosal invasion,hemorrhage,invasion of surrounding tissue,recurrence and metastasize.The 5-year disease-specific survival rate was 54.9% and 80.0% in Grb7 expression positive cases and expression negative cases respectively.There is significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Grb7 expression is closely related with the prognosis of GISTs and can be serve as a predictor for survival.
