紫外线照射充氧自血回输治疗中心性渗出性脉络膜视网膜病变疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨紫外线照射充氧自血回输(UBIO)治疗中心性渗出性脉络膜视网膜病变的疗效。方法:确诊的中心性渗出性脉络膜视网膜病变患者60例(60只眼),分为药物治疗组(对照组)和UBIO综合治疗组(治疗组)。药物治疗组采用扩张血管药物、维生素等治疗,综合治疗组在药物治疗的基础上加用UBIO治疗,每日一次,6次为一疗程。结果:治疗组总有效率94.5%,治愈率75.6%;对照组总有效率77.8%,治愈率45.3%,两组总有效率、治愈率比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:UBIO对中心性渗出性脉络膜视网膜病变有明显的治疗作用,结合药物综合治疗疗效优于单纯药物治疗,是一种有效的治疗方法。Objective: To evaluate the clinical effects of ultraviolet blood irradiation and oxygenateon(UBIO) for the treatment of central exudative chorioetinopathy(CEC). Methods: 60 patients (60 eyes ) were randomly divided into two groups . In UBIO group received peripheral vasodilators and UBIO ,method of UBIO treatment was once a day, one course of treatment six times. In control group recieved peripheral vasodilators and vitamins. Result: Ages and course of the disease before the treatment between the two groups were no significantly difference ( p>0.05).Effective rate was 94.5% in UBIO group and 77.8% in control group, cure rate was 75.6% in UBIO group and 45.3% in control group, difference was significantly( p<0.01 ). Conclusions: UBIO has significant effect in treating central exudative chorioetinopathy. UBIO and drugs on peripheral vasodilators is more effective than simple drugs in the treatment of central exudative chorioetinopathy . It is an effective method.
