从就业现状谈高职学生的职业生涯规划

摘　　要：随着大学教育的发展,办学规模的扩大,大学毕业生越来越多,就业形势也越来越严峻。高职院校学生在校期间就必须规划自己的未来,为就业创造机会,以寻找理想职业。笔者结合近年在学生就业工作中的体会,以及学生在校的学习实际和毕业生就业现状,阐述高职学生就业工作中的职业生涯规划。With the development of higher education and the expansion of the scale of running a school,more and more undergraduates appear in the society. Thus the employment situation is becoming severe. The task that college students make plans for their future and create chances of getting ideal jobs brooks no delay.According to the working experience in students'employment , the students' studying practice and the present employment situation of graduates, the author gives some advice to college students on how to make their career plans so that they can provide themselves with good condition and chances of employment after graduation.
