摘　　要：目的:探讨CD15s抗原在子宫内膜腺癌组织的表达及其临床意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学染色方法检测了72份子宫内膜腺癌、20正常子宫内膜病理标兵的CD15s表达,72份标本中的24例新鲜的子宫内膜腺癌手术标本以原位杂交方法检测编码CD15s的mRNA的表达。结果:①CD15s及其编码mRNA在非癌组织中无明显表达;②CD15s在子宫内膜腺癌组织中的表达率为38.9%(28/72);③CD15s在细胞分化程度低、临床分期晚、有转移、复发和预后差的患者中的表达显著增高(P<0.01或<P0.05);④在24例新鲜的子宫内膜腺癌手术标本中有9例CD15s及其mRNA阳性,2例仅CD15s阳性,其余13例两者均阴性。结论:CD15s与子宫内膜腺癌恶性潜能呈正相关。Object: To study the expression of CD15s antigen in human endometrial adenocarcinoma tissues and its clinical significance. Methods: The expression of CD15s in 72 samples of endometrial adenocarcinoma tissues, 20 samples of normal endometrial tissues were detected by means of immunohistochemical stain. And 24 samples of fresh endometrial adenocarcinoma tissues were detected by immunohistochemical stain as well as in situ hybridization analysis(ISHA). Results: The expression of CD15s in normal endometrial tissues was negative; CD15s was positive in 38.9%(28/72) of the endometrial adenocarcinoma tissues; The expressions of CD15s were higher significantly in the patients with poor cell differentiation, advanced stages, metastasis, recurrent, and poor prognosis( P <0.01 or P <0.05, respectively). of the 24 fresh samples, 2 was only positive of CD15s, 9 were positive of both CD15s and it`s mRNA(ISHA), and the others were all negative. Conclusion: CD15s was related with the malignancy potential of endometrial adenocarcinoma.
