降纤酶治疗急性缺血性脑血管病99例临床分析

摘　　要：目的 :进一步临床验证根据 1997年 5月实施卫生部颁标准生产的注射用降纤酶治疗急性缺血性脑血管病的有效性和安全性。方法 :随机开放对照试验。设实验药物组 (治疗组 )和基础药物组 (对照组 ) ,治疗组 ,对照组的比例进行分组。二年来共观察治疗组 6 6例 ,对照组 33例。结果 :治疗组总显效明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,总有效率亦高于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :按卫生部颁标准生产的注射用降纤酶治疗急性缺血性脑血管病有肯定疗效 ,显著改善临床症状 ,降低致残率 ,未发现副反应。Objective: To further assess the efficacy and safety of Defibvase zwjection produced aeeordiy to the standard enacted by Health Minestry in may,1997 in the treatment of acute cerebral vasculav diseases ,Methotls According to the ratio of 2 to 1,99 putients were randomly divided into treatment group (66cases) awll control group (33 cases) Results Compared with the sontrol gvoup, the total excellent or good rate in the treutment group was fiywifically higler (pcoo) and the totul efficaly rate was also higher (p<0.05) conclusion: The Defibrase Zwjection has definite effect in the treat mrnt of acute cerebral vascular diseaser It Can singwifically improve Patients' clinical symptom and reduce the morbal rate in addrton No side effext is fowul
