摘　　要：对常用油脂浸出设备的结构、特点进行了分析论述,认为我国的浸出工艺、装备以及技术经济指标等已经达到国际先进水平。同时,提出了我国油脂浸出设备的研究发展方向,如应用计算机技术实现油脂的智能化生产,加强技术研究进一步完善现有浸出设备以利于节能和降低生产成本,研制新的浸出设备以适应新的生产工艺等。The structure and characteristics of regular oils extraction equipment were analyzed.The viewpoint was advanced that domestic extraction process, equipment and techno-ecomomic index reached the international advanced level. The development suggestions on of domestic oils extraction equipment was also put forward, such as applying computer technology to realize the intelligentized production of oils, strengthening research to consummationg oils extraction equipment to lower production cost, developing new equipment to adapt the new production process of oil.
