摘　　要：研究了工业合成革生产DMF(二甲基甲酰氨)回收过程计算机控制系统中SIEMENSPLC模糊控制的实现方法,设计了一种较为通用的模糊控制器。模糊控制算法基于离线计算和在线查询的方式,采用指针寻址查表方法。论文具体讨论了基于STEP7软件的模糊控制器的程序编制。结果表明:基于PLC的模糊控制器编程简单,实现方便,控制效果良好。This paper presents a study on the realization of fuzzy control based on SIEMENS PLC in the computer control system of DMF reclaim process, and designs a current fuzzy controller. Fuzzy control algorithm bases on the mode of calculation offline and inquire online, and takes the method of using the cursor to address the form. The paper discusses concretely the program of fuzzy controller based on STEP7 software. The result shows that the programme and the realization are brief and control effect is all right.
