影响捕蝇笼诱蝇效果的因素研究

摘　　要：目的分析比较4种因素对捕蝇笼诱蝇效果的影响。方法捕蝇笼诱捕法。结果10、11月阳面捕获的蝇数多于阴面,4,6,8月阴面多于阳面,且其中6月和8月的差异在统计学上有极显著性意义;5次试验中捕蝇笼放置在150m捕获的蝇数均少于着地,且6,8,10月3次的差异在统计学上有极显著性意义;100g诱饵捕获的蝇数均少于250g,未发酵的诱饵捕获的蝇数也少于发酵的诱饵,前者4月的差异有显著性意义,6,8,10月的差异有极显著性意义,后者4,6,8,10月的差异有极显著性意义,11月的差异有显著性意义。结论在实验的各个因素中,诱饵引诱力是起决定作用的因素,放置部位的朝向及高低也是影响捕蝇笼捕蝇效果的重要因素。Objective To analyze and compare the influence of the four factors to the effect of fly-capturer trapping the flies. Methods Trapping the flies using fly-capturer. Results There were more flies trapped in the sunny side than in the shaded side in Oct. and Nov. However, the fact in April, May and June was opposite. And there was an obvious difference in the number of flies trapped between in the sunny side and in the shaded side in statistics. The number of flies in the fly-capturer placed one hundred and fifty meters above ground were all fewer than those on the ground in five experiments, and the difference of three tests in June, August, October had significance in statistics. There all were significant difference in statistics. The number of flies trapped by one hundred gram baits were fewer than those by two hundred and fifty gram baits, the number of flies trapped by the fermentable bait were more than those by non-fermentable bait. The difference of the former April had significant meaning, and had the great significant meaning in June, August, October. The difference of the latter in April,June,August,October had the great significant meaning and had significant meaning in November.Conclusion The attraction of the baits was a determinant factor in all factors in experiment. The direction and the height of the placed fly-capturer were important factors as well.
