圣母蓟保健酒的研制

摘　　要：本品采用从西德引种的优质紫花圣母蓟种子等中药材，与泸州优质白酒科学配比，运用现代科学技术精酿而成．通过大量试验表明：该酒无毒性，酒中所含圣母蓟等中药材的有效成分具有明显减轻乙醇对肝细胞所致的水变性、脂肪变性及升高转氨酶等肝损伤作用。该产品的研制，对于保障广大饮酒消费者的身体健康有着重要的意义。This technological product is scienhfically made from fine mariendispel transplanted from Germary and high guality wine of Lu Zhou. Experiments show that the wine is nontoxic. The effective tomPOSition of the mariendispel. of the wine has the role of reducing obviou8ly the hydropic degenerationi fatty degeneration and the rising of transaminase caused by thy etanol to liver cells. The manufacture of tbis product has imPOrtant meaning to protect the health of drink consumets.
