摘　　要：营造人与黄河的和谐相处,首先要消除人类活动给黄河健康生命造成的负面影响,然后整合现有的各项措施,采取综合措施来改善黄河生态系统,减少入黄泥沙,扩大河道过水能力。保障黄河健康用水,达到人与黄河和谐相处。In order to keeping a harmonious coexistence of human being with the Yellow River, negative impact caused by human activities to a healthy life of the river should be eliminated. Comprehensive measures that incorporated with the present actions should be endorsed for improving ecosystem of the Yellow River, and reducing sedimentation and expanding passage capacity of the river courses. It aims to ensure a healthy water use so as to achieve a harmonious coexistence of human being with the Yellow River.
