摘　　要：目的探讨甲状腺病变患者血清瘦素(leptin)浓度的变化及意义。方法本文用放射免疫分析(RIA)方法测定了114例甲状腺病变患者血清Leptin和总睾酮(TT)的浓度。结果统计学处理结果显示各病变组男性与正常对照组男性间,Leptin和TT的浓度差异均有显著性意义。结论血清Leptin的浓度变化可作为了解甲状腺病变患者营养状况的辅助指标。Objective To research the significant of changes of concentration of serum leptin in patients with thyroid disorde.Methods Serum levels of leptin and total testosterone in 144 patients with thyroid disorde was measured by radioimmunoassay(RIA).Results The results showed that the concentrations of serum leptin decreased(p<0.0001)significantly in men with thyroid disorder vs normal controls.Conclusions The change of concentration of serum leptin might help to evaluate nourishment status in the patients with thyroid disorder.
