摘 要:目的探讨人嗜T淋巴细胞病毒Ⅰ型相关性脊髓病/热带痉挛性瘫痪(humanT-lymphotropicvirustypeⅠassociatedmyelopathy/tropicalspasticparaparesis,HAM/TSP)患者血浆及中可溶性Fas(sFas)和Fas配体(sFasL)表达水平及其与HAM/TSP病发病机制的关系。 Objective To explore soluble Fas (sFas) and Fas Ligand (sFasL) expression in serum and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) from human T-lymphotropic virus type-I-associated myelopathy/tropical spastic paraparesis (HAM/TSP) patients and their relation to the pathogenesis of HAM/TSP. Methods We evaluated the presence of sFas and sFasL in the sera and CSF of patients with HAM/TSP using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results Significantly increased serum levels of sFas were found in patients with HAM/TSP than those with other inflammatory neurologic diseases (OIND) and controls (P<0.05). Serum levels of sFasL from patients with HAM/TSP showed increasing trend as compared with patients with OIND and controls (P >0.05). Levels of sFas and sFasL in CSF from patients with HAM/TSP were both significantly increased than those from OIND (P <0.05). Conclusions These results suggest that sFas and sFasL may play a role in the pathogenesis of HAM/TSP.
