摘　　要：目的研究血管内皮生长因子在常见恶性消化道肿瘤患者血清中的水平及其临床意义。方法应用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测210例恶性消化道肿瘤患者及87例对照者血清中血管内皮生长因子(vascularendothelialgrowthfactor,VEGF)水平。结果肿瘤患者血清VEGF平均水平为201ng/L.对照组为76.21ng/L,两组差别有统计学意义(P<0.001);有负荷组患者血清VEGF水平高于无负荷组(P<0.001)。血清VEGF水平与肿瘤分化程度、浸润深度和临床分期密切相关(P<0.01),但与患者年龄、性别无关(P>0.05)。肿瘤患者血清VEGF水平随着KPS评分的降低,而逐渐升高(P<0.05)。结论VEGF作为一个促进血管渗透性和促进血管内皮生长的主要因子,在肿瘤发生、生长和转移过程中起着极其重要的作用,并可作为判断恶性肿瘤患者术后有无复发或转移的良好指标,在临床上具有重要的参考价值。Objective To explore the relation between the levels of serum vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and the common malignant gastrointestinal tumors and its clinical significance. Methods The levels of serum VEGF were measured by sandwich enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in 210 patients with malignant tumors and in 87 healthy subjects respectively. Results 1. The serum VEGF levels in patients with malignant tumors were significantly higher than those of healthy subjects(P<0. 001) ;The levels of serum VEGF in patients with tumor burden were significantly higher than those in patients without tumor burden(P<0. 001). 2. The level of serum VEGF was positively correlated with grade of differentiation,depth of invasion and clinical pathological stage(P<0. 01) ,but not significantly correlated with age and sex. 3. With the decrease of the KPS grade, the levels of serum VEGF in the patients with malignant tumor increased. Conclusion VEGF, as a major factor in increasing vessel permeability and in promoting angiogenesis played a very important role in the growth and metastasis of malignant tumors. Serum VEGF assay may be of important value in monitoring the recurrence and metastases of the disease and in predicting of the prognosis of the patients after operation.
