复发性阿弗它口炎(RAS)病人外周血T细胞亚群的研究

摘　　要：运用血球单抗花环形成技术对35例处于溃疡期或溃疡恢复期RAS病人外周血T细胞亚群进行测定,发现溃疡期RAS病人的CD_4^+细胞较正常对照有所下降,CD_8^+细胞则高于正常对照,CD_8^+/CD_8^+比值正常人为1.93,而溃疡期RAS病人的CD_4^+/CD_8^+比值却为1.23。然而,溃疡恢复期RAS病人的外周血T细胞亚群同正常对照组比较却无显著性差异。这些结果提示,增高的CD_8^+细胞中的细胞毒性T细胞(Tc)可能是引起RAS病人口腔上皮细胞坏死,溃疡形成的重要原因。T cell subsets in peripheral blood of patients with active or inactive RAS were investigated by means of rose-forming technipne. It was found that CD4 positive cells in active RAS was less than those in normal controls, but CD8 positive cells were more than those in normal controls. The ratio of CD4+/CD8+ was 1. 83 in normal controls, while 1. 23 in patients with active RAS. Howevere, there was no difference between the normal controls and the patients with inactive RAS. The results suggest that (Tc) among the raised CD8+ cells in the patients with active RAS possibly play an important role in necrosis of oral epithelial cells and oral ulcer.
