覆盖义齿与牙槽骨吸收关系初步探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨减缓牙槽骨吸收,保持牙槽骨高度的义齿修复方法。方法:通过81例患者覆盖义齿修复后双侧下颌牙槽骨高度的比较,观察在有无牙根保留的情况下,牙槽骨的吸收状况。结果:无牙根保留的牙槽骨吸收较有牙根保留的牙槽骨吸收明显。结论:保留牙根对减缓牙槽骨吸收、保持牙槽骨高度有积极的作用,而且延长了覆盖义齿的使用寿命。Objective:To study the method of prosthetic restoration for slowing down the absorption rate of the alveolar bone and maintaining it's height. Methods: By comparing the height of bilateral alveolar bone in 81 patients after overdenture restorration, bone resorption status was observed in conditions with or without roots. Results: bone resorption was more obvious in alveolar bone with residual roots than that without roots. Conclusion: Reserving roots not only plays a positive role in slowing down the of alveolar absorption bones and keeping their height, but also prolongs the service life of the overdentures.
