17例非小细胞肺癌神经内分泌分化的光镜观察

摘　　要：对17例具有神经内分泌分化的非小细胞肺癌的光镜特点进行了比较观察．结果表明非小细胞肺癌神经内分泌分化在光镜下无明显组织学构象特点，两组相应主要观察指标在统计学上无显著性差异（P＞0．05）。本文提示具有神经内分泌分化的非小细胞肺癌只有通过光镜、电镜和免疫组化研究方法才能确诊并提出肺癌分类的框架式设想。A light microscopic features of non-small cell lung carcinomas with neuroendocrine differentiation of 17 cases were compared with those of non-small cell lung carcinomas of 15' cases. The results showd that non-small cell lung carcinomas with neuroendocrine differentiated features, in which his tolog ic patterns of neuroendocrine differentiaion was not evident by light microscopy. Statistically,this difference was no significant between related main index of two groups (P>0.05 ). This paper suggested that non-smallcell lung carcinomas with neuroendocrine differentiation were surely diag-nosed only by means of a light microscopic, ultrastructural and immunohistochemical study and the broad outlined classification of lung carcinoma was supposed.
