摘　　要：目的探讨经尿道KTP激光(绿激光)术治疗尿道狭窄与闭锁的疗效。方法使用新型KTP激光对16例尿道狭窄与闭锁患者进行经尿道汽化切除,对手术疗效及技术要点进行回顾性分析与总结。结果手术全部成功,随访2～5个月,15例(94.7%)一次治愈,排尿通畅;1例术后2个月尿线变细行尿道扩张后治愈。结论经尿道新型KTP激光治疗尿道狭窄与闭锁安全有效,手术操作简便,恢复快,并发症少。Objective To investigate the effect of new KTP laser in treating urethral strictures and obliterations.Methods New KTP laser was applied for 16 cases of urethral strictures and obliterations,the therapeutic effects and the key points of the operating skill of which have been summarized and analysed in retrospect.Results During the follow-up 2~5 months,15 cases (94.7%) were cured successfully and voided influently,and 1 case got satisfactory results after the urethral dilatation.Conclusion It is safe,effective and simple to treat Urethral Strictures and Obliterations using new KTP/532 laser.
