摘　　要：本文在介绍智能传感器、微传感器、多功能传感器和多参数传感器等倍受关注的新型传感器原理的基础上,结合国内外最新动态,研究了新型传感器在信号检测中的应用,指出在信号检测中存在的问题,给出了未来新型传感器的发展趋势。Sensor is not only a technology but also a science. Smart sensor, multifunction sensor, net-sensor and micro-sensor are the four types of new sensors that are mostly attended now. Existent problems are put forwarded in this paper, new types sensors have studied in the use of feebleness signal detection. The paper introduces the principles of these sensors and predicts the main trend of the development of sensor according to the dynamic in the future.
