摘　　要：通过认真学习十六届四中全会精神,总结了合肥学院成立以来统战工作的基本做法和经验,以《中共中央关于加强党的执政能力建设的决定》为基本准绳,努力开拓统战工作新局面,并对今后进一步做好统战工作,为营造和谐氛围提出了思路和措施。This article summerizes the general practices and experiences of the work of the united front ever since the establishment of Heifei University on the basis of studying the spirits of the fourth plenary session of the 16th central committee of CPC.
