建筑用结构级热镀锌板WJZn的研制

摘　　要：通过对WJZn成分、性能设计和对生产工艺条件的改进,进行了多次工业试制。结果表明,WJZn的化学成分和工艺规程设计合理,各项性能均达到GB/T2 5 1 8—1 988规定的指标。产品经用户试用,其性能可满足建筑屋面板的要求。Commercial trial production of hot-dip galvanizing sheet WJZn were conducted on the basis of designing the steel compositions and properties as well as improving the process parameters. Results showed that the designed compositions and process specifications were acceptable and the mechanical properties of hot-dip galvanizing sheet WJZn reached the requirements of GB/T2518—1988 standard. Trial application has proven that its properties can meet the requirement of customers for constructional housing purpose.
