小儿小脑蚓部肿瘤12例临床分析

摘　　要：小脑蚓部肿瘤在儿科临床上缺乏定位症状，易致误诊。本文分析１２例小儿小脑蚓部肿瘤的临床特征，发现绝大多数以反复出现呕吐和步态不稳为早期特征。本病早期诊断关键在于提高临床医师对本病的认识及详尽的神经系统检查，头颅ＣＴ是一种安全可靠的检查方法。A tumor of cerebellar vermis in children is easy to be misd iagn osed due tolack of orientation symptoms.In the paper authors evaluatedcl inical features of 12 child caseswith a vermlan tumor and figured out that most of those cases appeared repcated vomitings andinstable gait in early stage. A key to make an early diagnosis was considered as promoting doc- tor’s understanding to the tumor and a detailed examination of nervous system. A check ofbrain CT would be a safer and more reliable way to make the diagnosis for the vermian tu-mor.
