摘　　要：认为企业处理突发事件的能力日益成为衡量其情报素质的重要因素。该观点无疑对竞争情报咨询服务的快速响应能力提出了挑战。从竞争情报咨询服务的角度出发,探讨竞争情报咨询服务快速响应系统的设计思想和逻辑体系结构,并提出了相应的情报策略。Under the circumstance of increasing market competition, the enterprises' ability of coping with emergent events has be-come the important factor of measuring their intelligence quality. This has challenged the quick response to enterprises' competitive in-telligence consulting service. This paper probes into the designing idea and logical systematic architecture of the system of quick re-sponse to enterprises' competitive intelligence consulting service and puts forward the pertinent intelligence strategy.
