摘　　要：文章认为企业核心竞争力与技术创新具有双向的互动作用,二者有内在的相关性,技术创新是培育和提升企业核心竞争力的关键,企业核心竞争力有利于技术创新。There exists an interaction betwe en the core competence of enterprise and its technological innovation. An intrin sic consistency can be found between the two, with technological innovation bein g the key to cultivate and promote the core competition of the enterprise, and t he core competence contributing to the technological innovation.
