摘  要:目的探讨大鼠全脑照射后早期大脑少突胶质前体细胞的放射性反应。方法SD大鼠单次全脑照射后用免疫荧光组织化学法分别检测早期大脑皮质和海马CA1区NG2和O4阳性细胞数量。结果和对照组相比,10Gy照射后各时间点大鼠脑皮质和海马CA1区NG2和O4阳性细胞数都有不等程度的增加,其中照射后7d和14d的NG2和O4阳性细胞增加最明显;照射后28d的NG2和O4阳性细胞数较之7d和14d时减少。结论大鼠全脑照射后早期大脑NG2和O4表达增加,少突胶质前体细胞增多,并且和观测时间相关。Objective To explore the early radioresponse of oligodendrocyte precursor cells in brain of rats after whole brain irradiation. Methods To determine, by immunofluorescence histochemical method, NG2 and O4-positive cells in the cortex and hippocampal CA1 area of SD rats early after single dose whole-brain irradiation. Results The number of NG2 and O4-positive cells within the cortex and hippocampal CA1 area of SD rats increased to different degrees at each time-point after irradiation with 10?Gy as compared with the control group. They reached the highest level 7 and 14 days after irradiation, but decreased after 28 days as compared with those observed 7 and 14 days after irradiation. Conclusion The increase in early expression of NG2 and O4 and the number of oligodendrocyte precursor cells after whole brain irradiation of rats is related to the observation time-point.
