摘　　要：中国二元结构下如何解决农村剩余劳动力的转移,已经成为政府和众多学者关注的热点问题。本文通过对中国二元结构理论的分析,试图找出农村过剩劳动力存在的根源及其对中国现代化建设的负面影响,并对该问题的顺利解决提出一些建议和对策。It is a hot problem that noticed by the government and many researchers of how to resolve the transfer of our opulent county laborers under the duel economic construction. Through analyzing the theory of the duel economic construction, this article tries to find out the essential factors and puts out some suggestions to solve this problem, at the same time, analyzing the negative effects on the Chinese modernizing construction.
