东部发达地区县域中小企业融资结构影响因素实证研究

摘　　要：县域经济主要以中小企业为主体,解决中小企业的融资问题、完善县域金融体系是促进县域经济可持续发展的关键。通过对东部经济发达的苏州县域中小企业融资结构影响因素的实证分析表明,盈利能力、企业规模、资产担保价值是影响县域中小企业融资结构的主要因素。The small and medium-sized enterprises is the body of county level economy. The key to promote county level economy sustainable development is that solving the small and medium-sized enterprises' financing problems and establishing county level financial system. Through the case investigation on the eastern developed county level in SuZhou City, the author analyzes the influencing laetors of capital structure on the eastern county level SMEs. The results indicate that profitability level,the size,the fixed assets net value are the main influencing factors of capital structure on county level SMEs. At last, some conclusions and policy suggestions are put forward.
