摘　　要：如何全面加强师资队伍建设,建设一支学术精湛、整体素质高、创新能力强、结构合理的教师队伍,充分发挥教师在创新人才培养中的主体和关键作用,是当前高等教育改革发展中的一个重要任务。本文从“引进、培养、使用”How to strengthen teachers building of contingent in an all_round way,to build one academy consummate with high quality,strong innovation ability,teaching rational structure,to give full play to teacher's subject in innovative personnel training and key effect. It is an important task in the present higher education reform and development. This text probes into building of teachers’ contingent of the university from several links of “introducing,training,using”etc.
