论企业稳定存在的充分与必要条件及其企业的本质

摘　　要：从利益关系来分析,企业是多个利益主体基于追逐利益的最大化和利益剩余而形成的经济组织,企业的稳定存在必须满足利益关系中的个人理性条件和群体理性条件。利益剩余的存在是保证企业稳定存在的必要条件,存在能够给企业带来利益剩余的核心要素是导致企业充分稳定的充分条件。由利益关系可以发现,经典的企业理论不能够充分解释企业的稳定存在。An enterprise is an economic organization to pursue the maximum profits and surplus profits. For the steadily existing enterprise, it must satisfy the individual reason and the organizational reason for profit. The existing surplus profit is essential for enterprise existence.
