胃癌术后感染和排空障碍与术前营养不良及营养指标的相关研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨胃癌术后感染及排空障碍与术前营养不良及相关营养指标的关系。　方法:回顾性分析胃癌病人55例,应用节段多频生物电阻抗机体组成分析仪和全自动生化分析仪检测术前体质指数、去脂体质指数、体脂指数、血清清蛋白、前清蛋白、纤维连接蛋白、转铁蛋白、淋巴细胞计数等指标判定营养状态。观察术后感染和排空障碍与营养不良的关系。　结果:术前营养不良的病人,术后发生并发症的概率明显高于非营养不良者,清蛋白、体脂指数、体脂百分数与术后感染与排空障碍关系密切。　结论:术前营养不良的胃癌病人术后发生感染和排空障碍概率明显高于非营养不良的病人。Objective: To investigate the relationship between preoperative malnutrition and postoperative infection and emptying disabilityin gastric carcinoma patients. Methods: 56 gastric carcinoma patients were measured with Inbody 3.0, ( Biospace Co.)and automatic biochemistry analyzerfor BMI,FFMI,BFMI,ALB,PA,FN,TF,LC and IBW%.The relation between malnutrition and postoperative infection or emptying disability was analyed. Results: PA,FN,BFMI,FFMI and BMI were significantly decreased in malnutrition gastric carcinoma patients and had a high correlation with postoperative infection and emptying disability. Conclusion: Malnutrition in gastric carcinoma patients correlates significantly with postoperative infection and emptying disability.
