摘  要:目的 探索乳腺癌钼靶X线主要征象和乳癌临床检测中常用免疫组化标记物(C erbB2,p53,Er,Pr,PCNA)之间可能存在的关联,并以标记物功能为依据初步分析其内在原因。方法 搜集临床资料齐全,检测方法规范统一的病例69例,回顾性分析乳腺癌钼靶X线征象和常用免疫组化标记物之间的相关性。结果 C erbB2表达水平的高低和病灶有无钙化负相关,列联系数C=0.3217,P=0.0076。PCNA表达水平的高低和病灶边缘是否有毛刺正相关,列联系数C=0.4372,P=0.0002。结论 乳腺癌钼靶X线征象和免疫组化标记物C erbB2,PCNA表达水平存在关联性,可由钼靶X线征象对乳腺癌的生物学行为和预后做出初步判断。Objective To explore possible correlation between mammographic features and common immunohistochemical markers (C-erbB-2, p53, Er, Pr, PCNA)of breast cancer, and analyze the internal causes of the correlations according to the function of the markers. Methods A total of 69 cases with breast cancer which had complete clinical data and uniform detective methods were collected to analyze retrospectively the correlation between mammographic features and the immunohistochemistrical markers. Results The express level of C-erbB-2 was negatively correlated with the calcification of breast cancer ( C =0.3217, P =0.0076). PCNA express level was positively correlated with the spiculate margin of breast cancer ( C =0.4372, P =0.0002). Conclusion There are some correlations between the mammographic features and immunohistochemical markers (C-erbB-2, PCNA),so the biological behavior and prognosis of breast cancer can be assessed by mammographic features to some extent.
